These terms apply to all purchases made on norrande.com. By placing an order you agree to them.

Who we are

Norrande is a trading name of Sparc Nordic AS, a company registered in Norway (org. no. 938 398 518), Holstveita 2, 7012 Trondheim, Norway. Contact: support@norrande.com, +47 415 80 880.

Products and pricing

We curate home goods and lighting from manufacturing partners, primarily in Asia, and sell them under the Norrande name. Product images may be styled or rendered to show the item in a home setting; the item you receive matches the specifications on the product page. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by them, with a full refund.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted when you receive our shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel orders we cannot fulfil, in which case you are refunded in full. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments; we never store your card details.

Product safety

Check the connection type, voltage and installation requirements on the product page before ordering. Hardwired fixtures require electrical installation; professional installation is recommended. Follow the instructions supplied with the product and use it only in the locations specified.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text and images, belongs to Sparc Nordic AS or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Nothing in this clause affects mandatory consumer protection rules in your state of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
