Shipping Policy

Free shipping across the United States

Shipping is free on every order to any address in the United States. There is no minimum order value and no shipping charge is added at checkout. We currently ship to the United States only.

Processing

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. A tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Delivery time

Orders usually arrive 10 to 20 business days after dispatch. A small number of made-to-order pieces take longer. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and carrier or customs delays can occur. Addresses in Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may take longer than the range above.

Several parcels

Orders containing more than one item may arrive in separate parcels on different days. Each parcel has its own tracking number.

Address changes

Please check the delivery address before placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if it needs correcting. Once an order has entered fulfilment the address can no longer be changed.
